Insufficient opportunities for physical education to develop physical qualities and to improve the health of students at the pedagogical vocabulary due to the educational and professional characteristics of the higher education process have been opened. The best solution to this situation is the self-employment of female students.

Introduction. Considerable attention has been paid to the development and improvement of the physical education of students. The literature provides sufficient work [1-4] on the development of students ' physical qualities in physical education.
A number of authors [5-7] have developed different methodologies for the development of physical attributes in a variety of sports-based sedatives.
However, the situation of physical education for students in the pedagogical vocabulary has certain characteristics, which make insufficient use of these forms of physical development and the health of students. The pedagogical facility provides for the passage of pedagogical practices, which are separated from the basic physical education process from seven days to one month, two to three times during the school year.
Students participate in the organization and conduct of cultural events, competitions and concerts. The interruption of academic sessions during the winter session, holidays, should also be taken into account. This situation has led to a change in the planned physical education process. ♪ ♪
