It fits for starters and advanced practitioners. It's a traditional way to study and practice Ashtanga yoga. It's named after the city of Misor, where Guru Ashtanga Yoga lived, Sri Pattabhi Joyce.
Major-Class is open to people at any level of training. Everyone follows their practice in a convenient pace and rhythm, without focusing on others.

Mining class

1. Come when you're comfortable.
You don't have to rush and set up your work schedule for the studio. Class-class students in our studio go from 06:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a short break (from 13.30 to 3 p.m.) and you can start practice at any time in this interval. Schedule of main

2. The teacher works with you individually.
There is no need to be attached to the rest of the students, " to ask " hard asses, to rush into the pose, risking trauma. You're moving in the rhythm of your own breath, working on difficult moments with a teacher.

3. You're used to personal practice.
The Major Class will teach you responsibility and self-reliance, and soon you will not depend on the teacher and studio. Your practice will always be with you wherever you are.

Lead class is the first series of Astang Yoga, run under the full leadership of a teacher who calls asans, counts viñas and gives a certain rhythm of breath. A teacher can help a student in a post and also recall the need to focus attention and retain gangs. There's no explanation for asan's performance in the lad class. First, it is not possible to do so because of the continuity of practice, and secondly, it is assumed that the student has acquired the necessary skills in the Maysor classes.

Ice class isn't for newcomers. Before you come to this class, you have to learn at least two thirds of the First Series, know and apply the basic principles of Ashtanga yoga (singing, gangs and trembling).

3. Lad-grad Half Primary

The same as the Lead class, but with a simplified format: only half of the First Astang Yoga series (before Navasana), flaws (Urdhwa Dhanurasan) and overturned poses are performed. Preparatory and simplified asan variations are used in this class, and more detailed explanations can be provided for cutting, breathing, attention work. It's a very useful class for students who get mixed up in viñas and tremble and can't support the right breathing rhythm. It fits who I started studying. recently.

3. Schools and seminars

The classrooms deal with aspects of yoga for which basic lessons are not available: cleaning, deep relaxing, laundry and so on.
