Japanese Yoga For Start-Up Videos
This text was prepared by Dmitri Shapovalov for Hanuman. The author ' s opinion, Sindo ' s follow-up, may be inconsistent with the wording.
Sindo is a simple system for ordinary people. She's not required to be physically trained. It is easily built into the lives of any megapolis resident, in the form of morning gymnastics, office clearances, nature classes in the park, water shores, etc., while at the same time making it possible to constantly feel a positive connection with his body and consciousness.
The words " softness " and " rhythmity " do not reflect Sindo ' s practice better. Simple exercises of gymnastics, vibrations, breathing exercises can focus on positive perceptions of their body and consciousness, reaching harmony of the body and mind.
The Sinin Toitsuho health system (in Russia we use the name Sindo for a simpler memorial and pronunciation) was established in the twentieth century by the Tempu Nakamura, a Japanese teacher and a doctor who received medical education in Europe and the United States.
Master Nakamura (1876-1968) has always been interested in spiritual practice. Young Nakamura has practised various Japanese military and health arts, and has studied the traditional Japanese doctor. He was also a samurai family and a descendant of a well-known and noble family.
Nakamura was a great fehtist, and the influence of the arts is felt in certain dynamic exercises or dynamic meditations taught in Sindo.
Nakamura was a friend of the founder of Ikido, and among his students, there were several distinguished craftsmen of Ikido, such as Koichi Tohei and Hiroshi Tada, so it's not surprising to see the influence of this martial art in Sisin Toitsuho. Many modern Sindo teachers started their training at these workshops.
The way the followers in Tempo's teacher attracted his mental openness and how he explained greatly, because most of what he said was the results of his own experience, not just intelligence.
