Start The Day With Yoga
As I often have to hear, " I'm not flexible enough (young, hard, strong) to do yoga. " I'm not in uniform, I'm not a vegetarian, I'm not going to do anything, or even I can't afford a cool rug or pants. It's all bullshit.
The sad thing is that people often let these yoga prejudices prevent them from becoming a rug. But in yoga, it's important not to be perfect. She's the one who cares about what you're like right now with all your flaws and working with it.
The Yoga manifests itself in so many different forms and places, both on and outside the rug.
So how to practice yoga outside the rug (5 ideas):
- Start the day with the sanculpa, intentions. Do it before you get out of bed. You can ask your mind and body what they need today. It's important to do this before mind takes on its endless business list for today. Think of your intention throughout the day. And at the end of the day, ask yourself what your body and mind can thank you for?
- Be kind. Always start with you. If you're awfully sensitive to yourself, you're awfully different. So what's good for you? Go swim? To praise yourself? Doing yoga? Think before you say yes? Try something new? You can get people in trouble or be the light of them and choose for you.
- Breathe. Don't underestimate the power of breath - at the end, it literally depends on your life. At least once a day, find five minutes for informed breath. Too long? Start with one.
- Drink your clean food system. Food can raise our pressure and cholesterol levels, give us extra fat, fatigue and anxiety. It can also provide us with energy, clarity, stable sugar and balanced hormones and can even cure some diseases. The choice, again, for us, is respectful of your “hot”, which is the only one you have.
- Organize your surrounding space. External chaos creates internal chaos. Let go of something that doesn't serve you anymore. A sweater you haven't been wearing for three years? Give it to someone who really needs it. Pretending that everything should be hard work? Get out.
