Yoga's A Way Of Life

Yoga is a way of life

Each of us wants to be a physically healthy person, but not everyone wants to have a healthy lifestyle. It's not that hard to achieve, you can start yoga. Eugenia Gorski is a certified yoga instructor saying that yoga is not only a healthy, flexible physical body, a way to know itself, a way to balance the body with the soul. In order to acquire the arts of the yoga, Eugenia left the post of judge and went to India to learn from one of the leading yoga schools in Rishikesh, the Gimalai Academy of Yoga. She'll tell us about her way with yoga, who can do yoga, and who doesn't, and she'll even welcome the fans of the famous Liverpool Quarter, telling us about the Beatles Ashram.

- Yeah. Married, how did you come to yoga and healthy lifestyles?

- I've been doing Yoga since 2007. When I was a kid, I needed a physical load, my parents gave me to music school, dance time or sports sections, but I really wanted to. After having a musical education, there was an occasional fitness in my life, aerobics, trainings until I met yoga. As a man of love at a certain point, I wanted to know what a yoga was. At first, it was very difficult, the joints didn't rot, no stretches, no asan seemed to succeed. But it's further fuelled me into yoga development. Then it was more of a sporting interest. Before understanding the true meaning of the yoga, it was far away. Gradually, the yoga became an effective tool for me to relieve stress, tension, while I was working on a law practice that took a lot of time, power and energy. After several years, it has been understood that yoga is much more than the sequence of asan and a healthy, flexible body. Thanks to yoga, I've come to a healthy lifestyle that includes physical and respiratory exercises, the right meals (if possible natural products, no conservatives and chemical additives, 1, 5-2 litre of water per day, less heat, conserved, sharp and no meat, sometimes fish, eggs, bread and baking), clean thoughts and good feelings.
